Painkalac Reservoir Community Day

April 22 @ 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Painkalac Reservoir near Aireys Inlet will be officially opened for recreational use on Saturday 22 April, providing shared-use tracks for walking, horse riding and bike riding, as well as picnic areas, bird watching and educational signage at key locations.

Where:  Please meet us at the Distillery Creek picnic area at 1.30 pm for a group walk-in at 1.45 pm.  A return group will depart from the reservoir around 4.15 pm.

Come prepared for the 3-kilometre walk, which is expected to take around 45 minutes.

A minibus will run to and from the site for those who may not be able to complete the walk. Please let us know if you would like a seat so we can confirm numbers.

Light refreshments will be provided, however please bring a bottle of water as there is no drinking water available at the reservoir.

Please feel free to share this information with anyone who may be interested in attending.

For any enquiries or to RSVP by phone, please contact Casey Tomkins on 5226 2301.
